Feeling Better and Better

It was a much quieter week this week, thank goodness. Matt is in the homestretch of his cold, and the kids are getting there, but still have nice coughs and runny noses. We've kept them indoors, even though there is a ton of fun snow to play with right now. Hopefully they will be feeling better soon and will be able to enjoy that snow (from the sounds of it, it's not going anywhere for a while). We have also not made it to the library the last few weeks because of not feeling well, so hopefully next week we can get back there again.

Aeron received another haircut from dad this weekend. It was getting a little fluffy and curling around his ears, which, while cute, also makes it hard to make it look like he didn't just roll out of bed.

We brought out the safety scissors for the first time this week. After a few times of showing them what to do, they caught on pretty quickly. It was mainly short little snips right around the edges of the paper, but they were so excited that they were able to do it on their own. I am sure they will be asking to do this again soon.

Good luck in all your Super Bowl pools. I don't care who wins this year, so hopefully we'll just see a good game and even better commercials.
