Housecleaning

I have hired a cleaning crew.. the AA Cleaning Crew. Addyson and Aeron love to get a baby wipe and go around wiping the coffee table, the pillows, the couch, your face, their noses, the dog .. everything. It's quite handy. Most of the time it's just a small 12 inch sqaure that gets wiped over and over, but that's something! My house needs dusted something terrible, so they are helping immensely. I have a few pictures of them cleaning with their "rags", but Blogger is having problems with their picture uploading. I'll try to get them on here at some point.

We spend some time outside almost every day right now. The kids just love walking up and down the front steps, patting the pumpkins, dragging their feet through the crunchy leaves, swinging, running up and down hills, playing in the gravel with their buckets and shovels, picking "flowers", finding sticks for the dog (although Addyson has taken a liking to chewing on sticks as well) .. all kinds of fun things.

The kids Halloween costumes came in the mail this week. I think mom and dad are more excited than Addyson and Aeron. They tried them on and we can't say that they loved them .. especially the wigs, which we could have guessed. I won't tell you what they are going as yet .. tune in next week! (is that called a cliffhanger!?) :)

Addyson is finally getting her two bottom teeth beside the front ones. Normally these come in before molars, but she was a little backwards. She has at least one molar most of the way in and several more making their way through. I think she will have 12 once all those molars and two bottoms come in all the way.

Aeron has had his 8 front teeth (4 on top, 4 on bottom) for a while now and has several molars all the way in with the others poked through and on their way. He, too, will have 12 once those molars are in all the way.

They are getting quite handy with their forks during chow time. They love to stab things and the forks make their way to their mouths most of the time. And with all these new teeth, everything is getting easier to chew.

The Buckeyes won again today, my nephew, Jacob, won his football game today by a point (way to go Jake!), so now we are only left with one more win for the day.. sitting here watching game 6 of the ALCS. C'mon Cleveland!!
