Sorry, the first picture is the only one we could get with both of the kids with their wigs on (and you can see someone holding Aeron's hands!). Addyson actually liked her wig for long periods of time, but I don't believe Aeron wore the blue yarn hat for more than 2 seconds at a time - see second picture. Oh, and your eyes are not playing tricks on you .. in the first two pictures, taken a few days ago, Aeron is Thing 1, but in the pictures from today, Addyson is Thing 1.
Boy did we have a busy day today. We had our 2nd Annual Halloween Party with the group we call "The Multiples." This is five families, ours included, that we met at Ronald McDonald House
in Akron when the kids were born. Each has either triplets or twins. All the kids were born premature, and all were born within a month of each other. It was these families that made the time we spent in the hospital a little more bearable. 11 under 2-year olds was a little crazy, but was a blast. Below is a group picture with no one looking at the camera. :)
We had just over an hour to rest at home before heading off to another party with a group of families we get together with a few times a year. There are 12 kids in the five families here, but just a little more spaced out as far as ages. There are still 7 under 2-year olds, but then the ages go up to almost 10. A good time was had by all here, of course, as well. The kids were out like logs once we did make it home tonight. Below is a group picture .. with at least a few looking at the camera.
