Several things have finally shown us that fall is here .. the wonderful weather and playoff baseball just to name a few. We are loving this cooler weather. I love bundling up in jeans and sweatshirts just to go outside. And GO TRIBE! Game 2 is on right now with the BoSox .. here's hoping we tie up the series!
Our beloved Buckeyes won again today. Woohoo! The kids sported their scarlet and grey stripes from last year, although I think we are going to need some new shirts. I don't believe they are supposed to be 3/4 length sleeves and scoop-necked. :) It's fun seeing how much they have grown, though .. I remember buying those onesies at the end of last year and they were huge on them at the time.
We recently turned off the ceiling fans in the living room with the cooler air blowing in for the season and Addyson kept pointing at them today and saying "Go!" I turned them on real slow and she was so excited. She started spinning around herself with her arms out and just giggling. Aeron of course joined in and it wasn't long before they were falling all over the place trying to keep their balance.
Addyson and Aeron have caught their first colds of the season. Not sure where they came from, but Tuesday morning they woke up with running stuffy noses. We're just wiping noses and eyes all day long, but other than that things haven't slowed down much. I wasn't planning on taking them outside today just because it would make their noses run even more, but after lunch they both wanted their shoes on and were tugging at their sweatshirts, so we went out for a swing and played until dad came home from work.
Don't let this little girl fool you.. she isn't giving Aeron a hug, nor is she trying to help him down nicely.. she was trying to pull him off the bench .. and she succeeded! (sorry, no picture of Aeron on the floor crying and Addyson standing over him smiling.) Okay, so she may not have actually be standing over him smiling, but I am still not quite sure why she wanted him down.
Here's a better picture of our little sweetie!
And a great picture of Mr. Aeron, our other sweetie!
