We did a lot of relaxing and doing nothing, but also visited some fun places and saw some neat things. Here's a short list of some of the things we did:
visited an aquarium where some of us touched a sting ray (of course Addyson did)
went for a horseback ride
spent the day at a go-cart park with lots of fun rides for the kiddies, too
saw bears up close and personal .. a momma and her two cubs right in our back yard (Addyson wanted to pet them)
swam
watched very little TV
rode bikes
played at the house
I think it's safe to say everyone had a wonderful time at their "Tennessee house." When we were close to the house last Saturday, the kids kept asking where we were going and I said we were going to "our house" - meaning the rented house. Aeron was so worried, "I don't want to go home!" I had to explain we were going to our Tennessee house, and that's what it was known as the rest of the week.
