So Thankful

So many things to be thankful for this Thanksgiving weekend! Healthy children is probably topping the list right now. And of course the normal cliche things like family and friends, but you know, it's so true, and there is no way to not mention them. Without a wonderful, supportive family and loving, faithful friends, we wouldn't be who we are. I am also thankful for all the wonderful food! I guess that's the 3 F's of my Thanksgiving.
Anyway, we had a great Thanksgiving meal on Thursday and then our third and final one this afternoon/evening. You just can't eat turkey, mashed potatoes, noodles, corn, pumpkin pie and all the fixin's too many times. And now, on to Christmas, according to the radio, stores, and TV.

Not too much new going on with the kids this week. They had fun playing with cousins and second cousins over the holiday. They continue to strengthen their attitudes and vocabulary. It's nice to ask them a question and get a "no" or nod/smile/"haah!" aka "yes", rather than guess at everything. This doesn't mean we don't still have the pointing and grunting and whining, but we are getting closer to what people would call communication.

Just one picture to share this time. Sorry, really slacking this week in stories and pictures!

Just looking at the kids pictures are a constant reminder of miracles. We feel so blessed to have all four of you as part of our large and growing family. Love to all.
