Happy Birthday, Daddy!

Right on the heals of his little kiddos birthday is Daddy's birthday today. No party or any plans, for that matter .. he worked all day. I know, we are such scrooges. He mentioned a week or two ago that all he wanted for his birthday was for his tools in the garage to be magically hung up on the pegboard and organized. When we first moved in just over two years ago, he had things where he wanted them. But since then, we finished part of the basement and with everything else going on last year, we kind of just threw it all into the corner of the garage along with everything we have accumulated since. So, on Tuesday after I put the kids to bed (he was at work), I trucked down there and got to business. One dead mouse and just over two hours later, I had things pretty well organized. It was no easy task, but it was one of those accomplishments that felt so good after it was done. It's been long overdue and at least I felt like I got him something for his birthday. :) Anyway, just wanted to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my husband. I'm a lucky woman and love you very much!
