And the Next Two Weeks of May

Lots of ball games and playing outside these last few weeks. Who needs toys and fancy things when you have a dirt pile? The kids played here for over 2 hours during Jake's ball game. They were absolutely filthy from head to toe, but nothing a little elbow grease wouldn't take care of.


Yet another fun-filled evening at the Meshew house.. deck paint on the kids. Luckly this paint comes off just with warm water. Shower time!


Hmm.. sensing a theme here. Addyson decided to stamp her head and nose.


Swimming with friends. What beautiful weather this week and such fun.


More water fun.. a slip-n-slide. Addyson and Aeron both had a blast with this.




And on to kite-flying. This was also a big hit. I was really impressed with how well the kids did with the kites.




Along with some great food and good times with friends and family over the Memorial Day weekend, we had to do some fishing.


Nightly baths and showers are a given anymore, and with so much energy being spent by the kids being outside and just being on the go, they have been sleeping in in the mornings quite often. I'm quite jealous. :)
