'Pictures with No Shirt' Week

Aeron is cracking us up with the way he says some things lately. Water is "v-vwater." What is "v-vhat." He sounds a little Dutch-y.

We are still hearing a lot of "I do it" from both of them. Aeron does really well with undressing himself before baths, but has trouble with his shirt. I was getting the bath ready and helping him a little, walked out to get Addyson, who likes to take off when it's bath time, and when I walked back in, this is what I found..

I kind of giggled and said, "Aeron did you forget something?" Once he noticed he still had his shirt on he wanted out, but I made him stay in so I could get the picture .. that would be the reason for the scowl. What a mean mommy.

She loves looking at her 'spike' in the mirror. Doesn't stay up for long because it's so long, but it's still fun.

Addyson is still quite the little mommy-figure. We still hear "no, no, honey" quite often, and "Aeron, no!" She pats Aeron on the back after 'yelling' at him, and always asks, "kay?" when someone coughs. Her big "I do it" thing right now is climbing into the car on her own.

The kids had a great time spending much of the weekend with dad. Mom was in Toledo for a bowling tournament (let's not ask how she did). I came home to happy kids and a smiling husband. Things went well and the house was still standing .. can't ask for much more. :)
