Just A Swingin'

These boxes come in so handy!

Results from the doctor appointment last Monday: Addyson is trucking along just fine without her blood pressure med and no longer needs to follow up with the nephrologist. Yippee! She was just over 20 pounds. Aeron has decided he likes his blood pressure medicine, so we need to keep him on it a little longer. The good news is that we have not had to increase the dosage since he first started taking it, so he is slowly weaning himself off. The doc just wants him to do it on his own rather than us stopping it and possibly pushing him too much. The dosage he is on is very very small, so we hope it will be soon that he is done with it. We will go back in August for another checkup. Aeron is about 18 1/2 pounds!

We had quite an eventful weekend. Friday night we attended a wake for one of our good friends' baby. Hayden was born 13 days after Addyson and Aeron (a 24-week triplet). His family is one of the wonderful families that we got to know very well while up at the NICU and at Ronald McDonald House. Saturday was Hayden's funeral. He was such an awesome little kid and we are going to miss him dearly. Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers.

Saturday evening we attended a wedding reception for one of Matt's cousins. It was held at our bowling alley and a great time was had by all. Beth and Jason had a beautiful day for their wedding and we wish them all our love as they start their new life together.

Today we have a graduation party to attend. 'Tis the season to be busy! :)

We hung swings for the kids on the grape arbor. After all the beautiful days we were having, we had to wait a few days once they were up because it was so cold and rainy. I finally had a chance to take them out and they loved it. Looks like today is going to be a good day to get in some more swinging.
