Just wanted to check in and give you a few new pics to view. Aeron is still all over the place on his hands and knees, and doing lots of lunging backwards. Still hasn't gotten the forward thing figured out, which is just fine according to his parents. :) He's gotten himself stuck a few places, as you will see in a pic below. He is now cutting his left top front tooth, which is giving him a nice runny nose. Addyson also had a runny nose, so we are hoping her teeth are coming soon. She hasn't quite figured out how to get on her hands and knees, but likes to do what we call mini-pushups getting herself in shape for the days she's ready to crawl. Everyone who sees her hair has to comment on it. We have to think that someday it will get so heavy it will lay down. There was a little girl that saw her the other day and said, "Ooh, bad hair day!" We had to tell her that it looks like this everyday! Aeron and Addyson both sit really well on their own for several minutes + at a time now. Both continue to do well. We have had several appointments in Akron lately .. a 6-month NICU follow up, in which we were told the kiddos development is awesome, especially for 24-weekers, blood pressure checks, where Addyson is now off her meds for high BPs, and hearing exams, where each received almost normal reports. We will be going back in Feb to check their hearing and BPs again - nothing too concerning at this point. Addyson is over 17 1/2 pounds now, and Aeron is still just over 15 pounds, but we are working on that. We hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and Holiday season. Both Addyson and Aeron love to crinkle paper, so we might be wrapping up some boxes filled with paper for presents this year. :) We've created a link to the February pics so long ago when the kids were so tiny and frail (and alien/frog-like).
